Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to the business partners and help improve the effectiveness of our reporting, planning and forecasting activities to streamline processes and improve information tools to drive value.
Responsibilities
Assist with the consolidation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsAssist in analysis of monthly financial results and reconcile supporting documentationAssist in preparation of annual budget and supplemental forecastsBuild complex financial models to analyze strategic business options and identify key value driversFollow industry key drivers and trends that influence the company's competitive position and conduct comparable company analysisWork with sales operation group to improve promotional spending tracking and analysis with the goal of improving effectiveness and streamlining processesWork with manufacturing and supply chain groups to improve cost and working capital structures and optimize operational processesDevelop and continuously upgrade financial reporting and key metricsDevelop and maintain cross-divisional relationships with key business partners to maximize team's effectivenessCollaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information and reports, share best practices and develop systems knowledgePerform special projects and assignments as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field3 to 5 years work experience in financial reporting, analysis, modeling and budgeting with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibilityStrong project manager with a desire to improve processes, takes initiative and committed to developing creative solutions that generate valueAnalytical, quantitative and logical with raw intellectual abilityAdvanced working knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPointPay Range $90,000 to $100,000
