The position(s) require(s) a Registered Dietitian License from the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association. You will be required to provide a copy of your certificate prior to being hired.
At CCHCS, our Food Administrators are valued members of our medical team, and help our organization guarantee better healthcare outcomes through better nutrition. Our Food Administrators are registered dietitians who work in licensed health care facilities within our prisons overseeing the preparation and delivery of therapeutic meals to a limited number of patient-inmates, typically 10 to 100.
